Mental Health Team

If you feel you would like support for your mental health, please discuss this with the surgery, who will be able to link you with the Emotional Wellbeing Service.  

If appropriate, they can organise an appointment with you to meet with the Mental Health Social Prescriber to initially assess your needs, as we are unfortunately unable to take direct referrals.
