The appointment line is open from 8:00am until 6:30om. The doors open at 8:30am – if you have an earlier appointment, a receptionist will let you in. This allows to maximise staffing levels on the phones at our busiest time. The surgery is also closed one afternoon a month for staff training

Consulting times

Doctors will be available for consultation from 8:00am until 6:00pm. Please note your doctors stagger their consultation times to allow early and late appointments.

There are also a few extended access appointments available earlier in the morning and later in the evening. These are mainly intended for working people who have difficulty getting to the surgery during the ordinary working week.

Consultation is by appointment only. These can be made by telephone on 01243 864843 or directly at the appointment desk during opening hours.

Please let us know if you are unable to keep an appointment so we can offer it to someone else.

Minor Injuries Unit

This is located at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital and is open 9:00am to 5:00pm weekdays for minor accidents and injuries. 24 hour cover is available at the Accident & Emergency Department at St Richards Hospital, Chichester for more serious complaints.

Out of hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

  • you or someone you know needs immediate help
  • you have seriously harmed yourself - for example, by taking a drug overdose
