CORONAVIRUS UPDATE 27/03/2020

Stay at home if you have either:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on 
  • your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for 
  • more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 
  • hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than 
  • usual)
  • If your symptoms worsen please go to 111.nhs.uk/

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.

Use the 111 online coronavirus service to find out what to do.

 

The link below is for people that need to have a self isolation certificate . It can be used if you need to self isolate for 7 days or if in a household, for 14 days. The surgery cannot issue certificates for Covid-19 related illnesses.

In other cases please call the practice and a clinician will talk to you or phone you back

(if you are unable to use a phone due to a disability please speak to the receptionists at the surgery front door)

All patients will be screened at the entrance - this will include having your temperature taken.
